We know you will be keen to move into your new home as quickly as possible so if after viewing a property and you like it, you will need to pay the credit referencing fee so that we can perform the necessary checks for credit worthiness. These checks will be against the electoral roll, previous addresses and landlords for example.

Once these checks have been satisfactorily passed, you will need to pay a deposit, usually the price of one month’s rent which is then deposited with The Deposit Protection Service (DPS). Finally, one month’s rent to be paid in advance of signing the Tenancy Agreement and then we will hand you with keys.
